Help! My password doesn't work.

If you're a Cosmic Journey member and you also own one of Saratoga's other online courses, you have two separate passwords since course and membership content run on different systems. Make sure you're using the correct password and email address to log into the Cosmic Journey hub.

To access courses, log in at https://courses.saratogaocean.com.

To access the Cosmic Journey Membership, log in at https://members.saratogaocean.com.

Note that you chose your own password when you first set up your Cosmic Journey account. For course owners, a default password was emailed to you (which you may have changed later). Your membership password will NOT work to sign into courses, and vice versa.

If it's problematic having two separate passwords, we recommend changing one (or both!) so they're both identical. Below, you'll find links to the instructions for changing each one.
