Cancelling your Cosmic Journey Membership

If you decide that you want to cancel your membership, please contact Customer Support at least 3 business days before your next billing date. This period ensures that we can see and handle your cancellation in time to process it before the charge runs.

Please note that we do not give partial refunds if you choose to cancel in the middle of a billing cycle.
