Canceling your Cosmic Journey Membership

If you decide that you want to cancel your membership, you can do so inside our billing portal.

Sign into the billing portal here.

Enter the same email address you use to sign into the Cosmic Journey hub to receive a login confirmation code. Your confirmation code will be emailed from billing@saratogaocean.com. This is an extra security measure to protect your account.

If you choose to cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your membership access will continue until the end of that cycle to give you the full value of your subscription.

Please contact us at least 3 days ahead of your next billing date so we have time to respond to your request.

Please note that we do not give partial refunds if you choose to cancel in the middle of a billing cycle.
